I Arthur Allen Travis III am the Owner of Springfield Indians. I also own www.springfieldindians.com.
The service is entertainment in the nature of hockey/floor hockey games. In addition, the service is operating our website which we own. We are creating fan events such as an online platform to show games, interviews, skits, and more. Today we are submitting our specimen to the Trademark Office to obtain approval to obtain a trademark registration. This will give us the full right to use our name in commerce and police our trademark right. I applied for registration on May 17, 2016. I grew up as a fan of the Springfield Indians and was in attendance for the championships in the early 1990s.
We are looking to get involved with the Hockey Community in regards to be a part of a League in Regards to Older Hockey Players.
We are looking for partners to form an adult league. I am in the process of filing other trademarks in regards to hockey/floor hockey
